“The scent of cinnamon, crunchy pine cones, soft bundles of wool and the bright colours of dried slices of orange”.
We softly open our senses at the beginning of advent. We focus on the scents and textures of the season. When creating mobiles, we practice the art of balance and learn how different things can coexist and create a cohesive unity.
The workshop is led by ÞYKJÓ design team, dedicated to designing for children and with children. Their design projects include music installation space Hljóðhimnar at Harpa Music Hall, the furnitecture collections SHELLter and Nests and The Golden Record – Sending Music to Space participation project.
