Antipasto:
Supplì al telefono con coda alla vaccinara
Tartara di merluzzo con capperi, arancia e origano fresco
Tuorlo con carciofi, spuma di pecorino e tartufo nero
Deep fried rice balls filled with mozzarella and braised oxtail with tomato and celery
Cod tartare with capers, oranges and fresh oregano
Artichokes and egg yolk. Pecorino foam and black truffles

Agnello con broccoli ripassati, vinaigrette di limone e pinoli tostati
Lamb with sautéed broccoli, lemon vinaigrette, and roasted pine nuts.

Ricotta morbida, sorbetto agli agrumi e pasticcino al pistacchio
Creamy ricotta with citrus sorbet and pistachio macaron.
Stories on Rome and Reykjavik will be served between courses and guests are invited to “roam” around the exhibition.
